I am a home based travel agent and I am trying to
download a sabre booking program called cruise director
in order to do this I have to use checkpoint security to
make sure my computer is secure, when I try to do this my
computer says that I don't have enough memory and I need
to free up 12.something MB in order to contiue. I have
plenty of space on my computer 168 MB, the tech from
Sabre says something is wrong with my "drive size
reporting" can someone tell me how to correct this?

168 megabyte?? Are you confusing memory size with disc size? Right click on
your hard drive and select properties.

Sounds like you need to create more free space on your hard drive. Three simple ways to start.

1. In Outlook Express empty your Deleted Items folder.

2. In Outlook Express run File, Folder, Compact All whilst OFFLINE.

3. Run Disk Cleanup. Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup.

After that check how free space you have. I suggest you Enable Show Hidden Files and Folders. To enable show hidden files select Start, Control Panel, Folder Options, View, Advanced Settings and place a check before Show Hidden Files and Folders. Next Enter Windows Explorer and place the cursor on each drive letter in turn, right click and select Properties.

If you send a further message giving details of how large each drive is and how free space on each we can the extent of the problem to be addressed.

Hope this helps.
