Will drivers for x64 work for 64 vista or do i have to wait for drivers to be
made for my devices?

Hit and miss. They MAY be supported but not many are.
 
No simple answer.
Sometimes they do work, other times they don't.
I could successfully install my Creative Webcam Instan on Vista 64 using
Creative's x64 drivers.
On Creative's site you'll find no Vista drivers available but the x64's work
as a charm!
On the other hand, I tried to use HP x64 printer beta drivers on Vista and
they would simply refuse to install.
