R Rick \Nutcase\ Rogers Dec 1, 2003 #3 Hi, To dynamically resize a drive (meaning to do it without destroying the existing data), you need a third party partitioning program. The drive tools supplied with Windows cannot perform this function. Partitioning programs: BootIT NG www.terabyteunlimited.com Partition Magic www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic Partition Commander http://www.v-com.com/product/pc_ind.html Ranish Partition Manager http://www.ranish.com/part/ -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers aka "Nutcase" MS-MVP - Win9x Windows isn't rocket science! That's my other hobby! Associate Expert - WinXP - Expert Zone
