Small ome network
Changed Drive letter and name on one PC
Shows correctly on local PC, but when browsing from another PC, old name and
drive letter still there. Have re-booted many times.

What gives?

Changing a drive letter and name on one computer doesn't affect the
share name that other computers see. Right click the shared drive,
click Sharing and Security, un-share it, and re-share it with the
desired changes.

On the other PC, are you looking at a shortcut in My Network Places?
If so, you can:

1. Right click and delete the old one.
2. Click "Add a network place" and create a new one.

Have you tried unsharing, then resharing the drive?
