I asked our admin to order a copy of DI7 for me but forgot to tell her I
like a real cardboard box with my software. Anyway, she orders a download
from some place in Sweden and ....

There were 3 files to download:
driveimage-2002-win-de.exe (believe -de is a German version)
driveimage-2002-win-us.exe
driveimage-70-win-multi.exe

From what I have been able to gather from the Powerquest site, I should be
burning as ISO image to CD and then doing the install from that CD.

Question for anyone who has purchase DriveImage 7/200: are these the file
names you received when you did your download. And, if so, how do I burn
this to CD? I understand that I Powerquest doesn't mean for us to just copy
the file to CD (like an data file) but something beyond that. (For which I
will probably end up having to buy more software.)

Thanks in advance.

Stateside, it works like this: DI7.0 and DI 2000 are obvious zip files with
zip file extension. Each is to be unzipped. In each zip file is an iso
type file. Each of these is meant to be burned to CD with the appropriate
burning software for burning ISO images. The resulting CD will be an
installation package for DI 7.0 and DI 2000, one each. Also is an option to
download, and also have the actual CDs shipped to you as well.

I use Nero for burning ISO images to CD. You have to setup Nero
specifically for burning an ISO image for it to work correctly.

Even easier with EZCD, just click on the iso, have EZCD popup up, hit the burn button.
