Drive D

I have filled up my C Drive, but I have lots more storage
on my D Drive. How do I access the D drive to use it
with my programs, particularly my CD storage needs to be
moved to the C Drive, and I need to add more CD's.

What exactly do you mean by "particularly my CD storage needs to be
