Drive D

I am trying to save a word document to a cd in drive D and it states I dont
have access and to contact my administrator. I can listen to music and watch
movies just fine...why cant I save info as well?

Is it writable? The CD that is? Is the drive a CDRW? If so then have you
used CD burning software instead?
