First I would make sure all my File Share resources are configured
correctly In particular I'd verify that the clients are accessing the File
Share of the cluster and not the node. If they're accessing the node name
in the connection process then when it moves to the other node the share
connection will fail.

What errors if any do you seen in the cluster.log or the system event log
relative to your shares?
