driv3r requirments?

hi
i m a rising gamer .i heard that driv3r( pc )is just like gta series is it
rumour or true i got it from my a store .on its pack(driv3r) no requirments
were written , i asked to the store keeper for game's requirments he said
that this game will run on your pc.but this not happen. HELP ME!
