drawing

I am pretty new to powerpoint and am trying to draw curved arrows on my
presentation and they look like an amateur did them. Any tips to make them
more uniform?

Well, the fewer the points (on the Bezier curves), the better.

Make one arrow and then duplicate it and rotate for the others.

Start with one of the autoshapes or an arc. You can cut and then Edit|Paste
Special, choose WMF or EMF and then ungroup twice. Then right-click and
choose Edit Points to adjust.
 
Have you considered using the curved arrows in draw > autoshapes> block
arrows and then using the yellow handles to adjust thickness and arrowhead
and the white handles for size etc?

If you want to draw them try drawing a straight arrow, right click > edit
points, right click centre add point, right click centre of each sub line and
choose curved segment. Drag the cetre point
