Hi
I heard there is a way to draw or mark on the presentation while playing i
Does anyone know how to do this
Thanks - Mimi

You can change your pointer to a pen. If you are using PPT 2003, you will be
given the option to save the inked annotations when you exit the
presentation. In earlier versions, you can't save the drawings.

To set the pen color, either:
Use the Slide Show --> Set up show options (you must be presenting as a
speaker, not running as a kiosk to do this), then pick a pen color.
Or, start the presentation then right click slide to pen color and pick your
color.
To activate the pen, start the presentation playing. Right click, then
select pen.

Does that help?

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello,

In addition to the built-in ink annotation feature of PowerPoint 2003 slide
show, a similar capability can be added to PowerPoint 2002 (for Office XP)
when running on a system running Windows XP Tablet PC Edition by
downloading and installing the Office XP Pack for Tablet PC:
