Drawing on a Form

Hi all

I am looking to produce a form with an outline of a map on it, which the
user can then draw any features straight onto the map and it be saved in the
database or saved as a picture file that I can link to. Does anyone know if
this is possible or the best way to go about it??

It doesn't need to be as complicated as a map, i have an outline of a simple
road layout in a jpeg format. The system is for tracking engineering work
for roads, so it is indicating on the outline where the work. Currently
they draw this on to a paper copy any file it i was looking for a way to
store this in access.
