OK??

Post back with details, you are very unclear. You also may want to go to the
Word newsgroup(s).

I would like to draw a chart, maybe a table to record some information. I cannot find this option anywhere, have even tried "Green Street" programme

Years ago I used to just click "table" icon on the word processing screen and voila! there they were!

Any help would be v much appreciated, thank you.

Well, this is an XP help group, which XP is simply the operating system that
runs whatever you want to use. I have never heard of Green Street before.
But I assume you are wanting to use it. Either reinstall it, if you have the
program disk, or whatever to install it, or install Word, or Excel, which
are not included in XP, (or any Miscrosoft operating system. they are
separate programs that are bought and installed.

I see you are posting from the Web based news reader, I suggest you go to
the Word newsgroup and try there.

Look in the TOOLS/Options and TOOLS/Customize menus to add
the toolbars you want.

And calm down.
