I can not figure out why the draw menu wil not scroll up
completely. Instead it stops half way and the program
freezes and does not respond to keyboard or pad. I have to
shut the system down for it to reboot.

What draw menu - what application is this?! Suggest you repost in a group
appropriate to the application you're running.
