draggable objects ina slide show

Hi
I recently saw a powerpoint show where the pictures were
draggable to a location and if they fitted a category they
stayed there and if not they jumped back to the start
position.
Is it possible to do thi simply or does it need
programming?

Programming, sorry Kit.

Dragging an object during a presentation isn't something that PowerPoint can
do natively, although I suppose it could be done with programming. Are you
sure you where still in PowerPoint at that point in the presentation? It
would be an ugly code to write (at least the way I envision your
description) to get PowerPoint to do it.

It was a powerpoint show on the web.

I can do this stuff in Authorware but it is very fiddly!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh
The publicity selling this stuff says it is PPT and can
therefore be edited by users (teachers).
They have obviously put some Flash stuff in as well to
sell the slides which will obviously have less
functionality.
