How does one move many files within a folder to another
folder in one drag and drop? All I can figure now is to
drag/drop one file at a time. Thanks

The same way as it has been since the dawn of Windows (IIRC). Hold down
SHIFT and click the first file you wish to move, scroll and click the last -
this will then select all files in between. To be more selective, hold CTRL
and click the individual filenames.

I tried to copy a CD make from Nero Copy and couldn't get
it to do it. Is Drag & Drop supposed to perform this task?

Only if the disk is formatted for Drag and Drop (packet writing software).

Although Drag and Drop should work (barring some paths and filenames it
may complain about), you may want to try Copy CD in Nero instead. I
don't have Nero installed currently but their help file covers the
procedure quite well.
