drag & drop

I'm told Access (I use 2000) doesn't support drag and drop, but that it can
be simulated. Where can I find out how to do this? I need to be able to
drag from one list to another on the same form, and I'd also like to be able
to drag from a list on one form to a list on another form.

very complete.
