Drag drop in IE6

I can start to drag a link from one IE6 window to another, but cannot drop it
in the second window unless it's dropped on the status bar or at the caption
bar. Last week I could droop anywhere in the window. Anyone know how to allow
this?
 
I think you will find this is the result of a security fix. There was a
vulnerability where malicious web sites were using hidden drag and drop
(when people used their scroll bars)... your symptom is most likely related
to that security fix.
