drag drop from outlook attachments broken

this funcation was working recently, now when i drag drop an attachment from
an outlook 2003 email, it doesnt do anything. (doenst drop, no error
message)

a double click still does allow me to open the attachment, and do a "save
as" to get it saved. the system also allows me to generally drag drop

just not from outlook

note; i CAN drag TO a new outlook email.
just not FROM an outlook email.

I have the same issue too. But mine is with Outlook XP. It used to work fine in Outlook 2000. I have tried changing to rich text, plain text, and html with no luck.

Since you did not quote any of the message to which you were responding, no
one knows what "same" means here.
