Drag drop Components

Hello,
I am looking for a way to drag drop components(specially panel,
label, picturebox) around in a form just like the capability provided
during the design time. Just not able to find a resource out there. Any
pointer would be great!!

I am sorry. Its more of resizing containers like panel, picturebox. Can
I resize it like its done in the design time? With a drag of a mouse
once its anchored to the corner of the control.
