Drag and Drop no longer function

Hi,

Dragging and dropping url's from the address box to the
desktop or the link menu bar no longer works (since the
Oct 7 update) Also cannot move links around on the
toolbar with either drag and drop or "organize
favorites". Is this a new feature?

Drag and Drop missing in Windows 98
It is usually a registry problem. Go to Ron Badour's site and download the
appropriate .reg file. If you need information on how to do this, see it on
the How To page:
