All,

Does anybody know if there is a Grop Policy to "Disable Drag and Drop" in
Windows Explorer?. If so, can you point me in the right direction ??

Also is there some sort of list anywhere that lists all the available Group
Policys in Windows 2000?

Thanks in advance

Mark

Hello Mark,

I do not know of a way to disable drag and drop throughout the entire OS.
You can do this for the Start menu though:

Someone also suggested this:

Modify the shell from Explorer.exe to Progman.exe via the following
registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

change the value of Shell from Explorer.exe to Progman.exe.
