Drag and drop feilds

I posted this earlier, it got no response
Can someone please help. Even if you could just tell me what to look for in the "help" section would do wonders. I am just at a loss for what this would be called or listed under..

(I'm pretty new at this and I was unsure what my need would be called so I was unable to look it up in the "help" section.
I am trying to make a field in a form where you would click-and-drag items from another field (that is a list box with the items from a different table). Is this something that can be done? If so, how? If not, is there a way to get something LIKE this done in a form
