Since I upgraded to 2003, when I drag an email to calendar to create an
appointment, the text of the email is no longer coming with it. Only the
headers. At first I thought it was a version thing, but now that others in my
office have also upgraded, theirs is working as it should - with the text of
the original email included in the appointment window. I checked to make
sure we were doing it the same way, and we are. I have looked for settings
and preferences that may affect this, but have found nothing. Help states
that it should include the email text. Any ideas why the text of the email
is not coming over to the appointment window in my Outlook?
Email format is HTML.

Did you upgrade to SP1? It's a bug related to using ANSI message stores and
it's fixed with SP1.

I am using Outlook 2002 and upgraded to SP3. I still cannot drag and drop
email messages to calendar, only the email header goes over. It seems that
many have the same problem, and I tried the suggestions made by several MVP
replies, none worked.
