Drag a bitmap in a picturebox

I have a picturebox with a large gif picture in it. I only want to view a small part of the picture at a time and have the ability to drag the picture, so that I can see other parts of the picture

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Maybe even a tutorial or some sourcecod
