Dr. Watosn Excel.exe access violation c0000005

[HSBC ISD]

When I clicked a button in a worksheet, the following
error message appear:

Dr. Watson for Windows NT
An application error has occurred and an application error
log is being generated.

Excel.exe

Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address
0x304aad5e.


Can any one tell me how to solve it?

I have experienced similar problems. What printer driver
caused the problem...and what did you do to resolve the
problem.
