How do i change the dpi on vista? I have two accounts one is admin the other
is normal user how do i change the dpi in just the normal user account? at
the moment i can change it but it does it on both accounts.

DPI settings have always been something you could change only at a
system-wide level and only as an Administrator. My understanding is that
Vista is no different.
