Downloadware keeps wanting to reinstall

MSAS keeps blocking it but everytime I log onto this specific user account
Downloadware wants to reinstall itself. Where is MSAS checking to see if
something is wanting to reinstall itself? I can't find a damn thing within
the registry in the Run areas. Where else should I look?

==> Check the account under Windows Explorer/Local Disc/Documents and
Settings/LocalSettings/Application Data. Note, some accounts will have
Account/Application Data. So you should check both.
