Hello there,

Most of the time, when I click the link to download files etc, it seems to
always ignore it therefore it ignores my requests, which are very annoying,
please can someone tell me what to do,

Thanks,

From Daryl.

Hi Porthos :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows or IE you are using, or what error
messages if any, all of which is very important information, so I can only
take a guess at any suggestions.

also......

Disable any download accelerators you might have installed.
Disable Zone Alarm, which can sometimes interfere.
Disable any 3rd party toolbars, such as Google, Yahoo, etc.
If you have Yahoo Companion, uninstall it.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, or you need help with the above,
please post back to this thread with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps

Jan :)
