Download's vanishing after downloading.

After installing B2 I have found (on more then one machine) that my
downloaded files have vanished right after downloading. They do show up
right after the download then vanish.

Uninstalling the product seems to fix it. On one case re-installing it and
everything worked. Very strange there are no items in my Defender logs at
all.

Any idea's?
 
Same prob here on 3 pc's Downloads vanish upon completion - and to boot all
the pc's showing same error re definitions out of date. Reinstallation didn't
help. any thoughts?
 
What antivirus product is on the machines that are showing these symptoms?

You might consider doing repair installs of both Windows Defender and your
antivirus. However, if your antivirus is a Norton variant, I think I would
not make this recommendation--I'm not sure how to properly do that kind of
install with the Norton suites.
 
Steve - I've seen this symptom on my own machine, and, in fact, with
Microsoft's help, it has been corrected.
