After I get into the microsoft home page and check for
updates, it shows that I have 18 updates to be done, but
I cannot seem to get them to download. There is no "add"
button and double clicking does not work. Help!
 
Hi Butch,

Locate the WindowsUpdate.log file under \Windows or \Winnt. Open it and
scroll to the bottom. Look at the error codes and compare them against this
site:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
