downloads timing out

Don't know what else to call this but when I got to a site like YouTube and
try to wiew a clip, the progress bar will down load about half way and stop.
This prevents me from viewing the whole clip. Sometime if I pause the
playback and let the whole thing down load, I can then watch the whole
thing. This doesn't always work. Most of the time it's a partial download. I
am using Windows XP & IE6 with all the latest updates. Can someone suggest
what my problem might be.

Hi Stan
I am having the identical problems not only viewing clips but down loading
files.
I opened the Help and Support Centre, drilled down in Get Support and Advanced
System Information - Error Log. Various fault messages printed - Application
Hang,
and W32Time. My troubles started 9 April also. I am using Win XP Home and
IE7.
