I am tying to download a Fonts program; instructions say
to go to "fonts panel" in control panel. Can't find
a "fonts panel"; where do I go/how do I download this ?
Have Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron 5100 Thanks !!!!

In Control panel, there should be an icon with "Fonts" - double click this
and a window opens with your installed fonts.
In the File-menu, go to "Install new font..."

Once you have the fonts extracted somewhere then in
windows\fonts folder go to file menu > install new font
