Downloading Windows Update?

I have a computer in the office that is NOT connected to
the internet, and will not be able to do so. It is
running Windows XP and i need to run the Windows
Update... Is there a way to download the updates as
files, so that I can put them on a cd/cd's so that I can
transfer them to that computer?
