After two unsuccessful tries at downloading XP SP2, I
decided to opt for getting the CD but now, everytime I
log on to the Internet, Microsoft insists on downloading
the upgrade and I cannot stop it! The icon by the clock
won't display a popup menu. I've double-clicked and right-
clicked--to no avail. I even reset my update options
to "custom"--as opposed to "automatic." It still insists
on trying to complete the download. How can I turn this
off? I'd like to surf the web at full speed (at ~56K).
