Downloading software

I am trying to download a trial version of Professional Decision Analysis
Software DPL 6.0. I keep getting the message: Your current security
settings do not allow this file to be downloaded. I need this software to
complete an assignment for a course I am taking. Do you have any
suggestions?

Contact the author of the software and/or web site from which you're
trying to download the software and ask them what the error means and
how to correct it.

Open Internet Explorer. Select Tools -> Options. Click on the
Security page. In the Internet Zone, check your settings. If
they're set to High you might want to reset them to Medium. If
they're set to Custom, click on Custom Settings and look in the
Downloads section of the Security settings box to see if File
Download has been disabled.
