Does anyone know of a way to synchronize the Sent Items
folder with my Sent Item folder in Outlook? I have SBC
Yahoo Mail and I would like to be able to download all
sent items at the same time as I download items in my
inbox. When I go into Send/Receive Settings and try to
select folders in the "Check folders to include in
send/receive" the only folder available is the Inbox. Is
there a way to add the Sent Items folder to this list and
get my Send Items folder to download from the server?

Are you using the paid service and what version of Outlook?

I am using SBC Yahoo as my ISP. I access my email both
via a Web interface and via my Outlook 2002 client. When
I access via Outlook, it downloads a messages in my inbox
and deletes them from my web inbox. So far, the only way
I have found to get my sent items off the web folder is
to move them to my inbox folder, download them into
Outlook and then use an Outlook rule to move them to my
Sent Items folder based on the from field. This is kind
of messy, but it works. Is there another way?

If you are using the Web Interface to send and receive mail, it will remain
on the webmail interface. Outlook can only download items in the In-box
from Webmail, any webmail. If you want your sent items from webmail in
Outlook, you will need to manually move them there.

Sorry, that is one drawback from using Webmail from any provider.
