downloading sent items folder

I have microsoft outlook Xp (SP1)on my computer . Since
01.July.2003 i cannot download sent items as it was
possible before. However i can still download incomming
items. My server is Wanadoo. fr.
How to download the 50 over items trapped in the out
going box of my server and to solve the probleme for the
next items to be sent.
 
Log onto the web interface and clear the queue.
