Downloading Security Update, Feb 13, 2002(MSXML 3.0)

My windows update is frozen trying to download the above
referenced security update. So far nothing has been
installed. I need to know what to do. As I do not want to
lose anything that has already been downloaded but not
yet installed. NOTE: my email address is (e-mail address removed)

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer to connect to Windows Update, L.
If you use the internet browser in AOL with Windows Update, it won't
download and install correctly.
