Downloading purchased music file from '3' website.

I have bought some tracks from my airtime provider for playing on my phone.
Part of the deal is I can also download a music file on to my computer using
a code they text to me. However, every time I type in the code and click
'download', it says 'page cannot be displayed'. This is the only website it
does this on.

'3' have said the problem is not theirs, and I have exhausted the 'help and
support' options on the computer. Someone has said something about a
firewall, I do not know if I have one, or if this is causing the problem. Any
suggestions greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

It could be your firewall. You can temporarily disable it here, but do
not leave it disabled while surfing the Net:
Start>Control Panel>Security Center

Thank you, Byte, for your response. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the
firewall, as it still says 'page cannot be displayed' after disablement. All
I can think is that it is a problem at '3's end, as it is the only site I am
having problems with, unless you can think of anything else.

Thanks again for your help.

Go to: Start>Run>type "NETSH winsock reset" (no quotes)>press Enter

There could be other reasons for not being able to access that
website. For an other possible solution, contact your ISP (Internet
Service Provider) tech support by phone.

Thanks Byte, it seems the problem was an overloaded server after all.
However, I shall save your suggestion for future use.

All the best.
