downloading problems ...please help

hi everyone,
ive been having problems with downloading files and
programs on the internets and on kazaa (program that
downloads music). when i try downloading on the internet
it says that the site cannot be found or is unavalible or
that internet explorer is unable to open the site. when i
try opening kazaa it said topsearch.dll cannont be
found. I would really appriciate if anyone can assist

Kazaa is filled with spyware/adware and topsearch.dll is one of them. If you used Spybot or Ad-Aware and removed it, Kazaa might not run properly. See the discussion here:

OP can run this to wipe out all the crap that Kazaa installs,

A Kazaa uninstaller which scans and removes all elements of all Kazaa versions,
as well as all of the bundled software that comes with it.
