downloading photo from camera

i have a Jenoptik C160 digital camera which has been
checked by Jenoptik saying that they can down load the
photo's using Wondows XP. however when i try to down
load, after following the installation instructions, i
still get an error message saying that the camera is not
recognised. can anyone help me?

When the camera is connected...if you go to...
My Computer...is the camera listed as a drive?

If it is, you can download from there. Just...Right
Click the drive icon...choose Open...and drag and
drop the files to a folder on your hard drive.

According to a site I found on the net, your camera
uses an SD Memory Card. It may be worth a try to
purchase a USB SD Memory Card reader.
