Did you put the stationery in the storage folder on the C drive, under your

They have changed the location of the stationery directory. It used to be
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery . But the new
location is under the current message store. What happened was the
stationery was installed in the wrong directory, so you'll have to copy from
that directory above to the new location.

The new location can easily be found by doing the following:

1. Compose a new HTML message using any stationery.
2. Go to View | Source Edit and then click on the Source tab.
3. Then page up to the top and you will fine <BASE href= and there it will
show the stationery location.

4. Then copy the files from the old stationery location to the new one.

exe files are not going to be used for stationery.

Ok. I found both sources,. Please tell me how to copy from the old location
to the new one. Please provide step by step instructions.

Thanks much.
PS If I had not read your answers, I would not have know about the
additional microsoft stationery. Thanks much.

You have to execute the exe and then it will install the stationery in the
wrong directory. Then copy it to the new directory.
