Downloading music

Whenever I try to burn a cd , I get a message
The instructions at 0x08589f04 referenced memory at
0x8589f04. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

What program is giving the error.

I get the same error: The instruction at "0x68a1529" referenced memory a "0x696ffd8" the memory could not be read. The program it happens in is "Creative MediaSource". When I try to rip a CD, most (not all) CD's are now kicking out and crashing
Anu ideas on fix? I look at Creative's site and tech net, but found nothing.
