Downloading Music from Web

When I am downloading music from Napster my machine starts
the download but then about halfway through it locks up
and I can't get out except by unpluging the machine and
starting over again. The mouse want move nor can I use the
ctrl, alt, delete keys to close out. How can I get this to
stop doing this. It just started about a week ago. Thanks.

Un-install Napster completely (including the registry, don't forget to back
up your registry first though). Re-boot and then reinstall Napster.

Should then work.
