downloading more than 2 files at a time

I'm trying to dwonload several MP3 files from a website but I am only able to
download two at a time. After I download the second one and try to download
a third one, the "save as" window will not appear. Is there any way to
download more than two files at a time?
 
I tried this and initially thought it solved the problem but I still can only
download tow at a time. Do I need to restart my computer after entering in
the new Dword values?
