I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 8500 running Windows
XP Pro. When I attempt to acquire updates from
Microsoft, all goes well until the final stage where I am
asked to accept the licensing agreement. The problem is
that the buttons for accept or reject are not visible. I
have called Dell, advice was to shut down the firewall,
Zone Alarm, which did not do anything. I would greatly
appreciate any assistance.
