downloading Itunes 7

When i try to download itunes it says my windows installer service could not
be accesed. it says im running on windows safe?!
How do i fix this problem!

Stop booting to safe mode?

Start
Run
Type "msconfig" without the quotes
Press Enter

Under the general tab...
