Hi,

You don't, that beta version is for installing on XP, not Vista. Under XP,
you'd find an entry in the Control Panel/Add & Remove, but none such exists
in Vista as IE7 is an integrated component.

Are you talking about Vista? If so, the version of IE7 in Vista is the same
or later than the beta 3 for XP. There is no beta 3 for Vista anyway. It
is integral to Vista. Beta 3 is only for XP users.

If he has the CPP of Vista, his browser is older than the IE7 beta 3. This
was incorporated into 5456.

He still can't download and install the XP version because it is a
standalone product whereas in Vista IE7 is integral. The only way to
upgrade Vista IE7 to a new version is by upgrading Vista to a new version.
