downloading Internet Explorer 6.0

I was told by Sony to download the Internet Explorer 6 to fix a problem I am
having with my browser. When I tried to download the IE6 Service Pack 1 I was
told that my version is a newer one and the download would not go through. I
am on version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158. What download should I
use?

Reinstall WinXP SP2.
